I just recently turned 26 and I have been wanting to visit Eberly for quite some time now and thought my birthday would be the perfect occasion. My birthday brunch at Eberly was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted by their friendly valet staff who valeted our car at no additional charge to us. We stopped to take a photo before walking inside with their beautiful sign.
Inside we were met with some amazing 1920’s Great Gatsby Glam. You feel as though you have been transported back in time when you step into this place. It is absolutely beautiful and I felt as though we were still eating outside in their beautiful atrium room filled with greenery.
We decided to start off brunch of course with a carafe of mimosas. The carafe was $32 and we shared it between three of us and we were able to get about 2 glasses each. The mimosas were strong but tasted great!
Our waiter, Justin, mentioned to us we should start off with some lite fare of pastries from their executive pastry chef Natalie Gazaui. We decided to try the cherry pop-tart and we were pleasantly delighted with how light and flavorful it was.
For our main courses Harley and I decided to split the French Toast and the Prime Burger. The french toast was drizzled in a banana compote (my favorite!) along with some brown butter and maple syrup. However as sweet as the french toast was the Prime Burger was our favorite dish. It packed an amazing flavor with the fried egg and bacon.
My sister ended up ordering the Fried Chicken and Waffles which I was lucky enough to get a bite of before she had finished it off, I couldn’t blame her for wanting it all to herself. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly breaded and savory, mixed with a sweet waffle and refreshing strawberry slaw.
I would absolutely recommend Eberly for anyone looking for a great culinary experience. Their service was amazing, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was spectacular and we fell in love with their bathrooms which happen to be unisex, yeah!
Eberly was the perfect place to spend my special day and I have found my new go-to brunch spot!
